Option 1: Jumpstart Coaching
My role is to support and guide you towards achieving your personal health goals. My coaching typically begins after you complete an initial comprehensive Intake Form which is automatically emailed to you when you purchase a coaching package. This Intake Form gives me a big-picture view of your health as well as your lifestyle behaviors and events leading up to your current health status.
Once you complete the form an email it back to me, we set a date for our first Zoom session. During this session we go over the road map for your journey, and I give you instructions on how to complete the FMP 5-Day Rood Response Evaluation. This assessment allows me to see how your body responds to the typical foods in your diet. We will also review and discuss your Intake Form to determine specific health goals that you would like to achieve. Finally, we will discuss recommended essential oils for stress management and body systems support.
After the first session, you will complete the 5-Day Food Response Evaluation. After this 5-day period, you will email the form to me. Once I receive your form, we will schedule our next session.
During our second session, we will evaluate your body's response to your diet. We will also customize a meal plan to meet your specific needs and go over the resources on your webpage to help you meet your goals. Finally, I will create or modify an aromatherapy regimen to incorporate into your daily routine.
After the second session, you will begin to implement the meal plan that we discussed. During this time, I will also create a workbook for your meal plan and regimens.
During our final session, we will discuss your wins and challenges that you experienced during the implementation of your new nutrition plan and aromatherapy regimens. I will answer any questions and deliver your final workbook to guide you as you Jumpstart Your Health.
